Taro T Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 (edited) Guess that's the guy Bryson needs to beat out at present. Wonder if this has any impact on the Pilut situation? Likely Ra-cha-cha bound? Edited July 13, 2022 by Taro T 1 Quote

GASabresIUFAN Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 (edited) I like this signing. I think he has a chance to make the club as the 8th D. 6' 190. Has puck moving skill. I was kind of hoping for David Farrance. Upside of this move, if he makes the team, Bjork is probably gone. As to Pilut, who knows what his status. Edited July 13, 2022 by GASabresIUFAN 1 Quote
mjd1001 Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 6 feet tall, listed as either 185 or 190. 2nd round draft pick so at some point he was viewed with a lot of talent. His scouting report from his draft year I just read said he is a great skater with outstanding top end speed for a blueliner. 1 Quote

Lol I’ve read about approximately 34 guys who are supposedly knocking BJORK off the roster. He gone 1 Quote
Curt Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 Clague and Fitzgerald are probably the 7th 8th defensemen. Quote
dudacek Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 Appears to be one of those tweeners we were inevitably going to sign to fill out the 7-10 slots. Know nothing about other than he was a relatively high LA pick and is still relatively young. Quote
Zamboni Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 Is it the one year, $750,000 KA special? Quote

Thorner Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 Alliteration is always what I look for in depth roster additions, so, an excellent effort here Quote
DarthEbriate Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 (edited) In Rochester, Clague is the new Bryson and Davies is the new Davidson. And maybe there's a Pilut back as well. Edit: That blueline needed help after Muel got the call-up, and GM Sheevyn is addressing it day one of UFA. Edited July 13, 2022 by DarthEbriate 1 Quote
triumph_communes Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 Fitzgerald shouldn’t ever see minutes. This hopefully is one way of ensuring that. 1 Quote
nfreeman Posted July 13, 2022 Report Posted July 13, 2022 So at 24, is he still exempt from waivers if they want to send him down? Quote

First NHL game in Dec 2019, against the Sabres, actually, league age 21. BUT has played only 58 games. So I think he is waiver-exempt for the next 22 games that HE plays. @spndnchz please check my math and process. Edited July 13, 2022 by Eleven Quote
