Corp000085 Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 from the AP article on the main page. Thank god... Now, juggle the lines, insert pyatt, and see if the fire returns...
Stoner Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 Who do you sit for Pyatt? Or are you assuming Hecht is out?
Corp000085 Posted April 29, 2006 Author Report Posted April 29, 2006 I'm assuming hecht is out: "not serious undisclosed upper body injury"=arm broken in 3 places... But seriously, assuming hecht is out, dress pyatt and maybe put him on the line with roy? Who knows really though. the sabres simply need a kick in the ass.
Stoner Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 What was wrong with Roy-Drury-Grier. In Buffalo, everyone said what a good job they did against Forsberg and company.
chileanseabass Posted April 30, 2006 Report Posted April 30, 2006 i'd have to go with pyatt-gaustad-vanek/pominville. if vanek shows up, put him with briere and dumont. if not, go with pominville.

ThePolishSabre Posted April 30, 2006 Report Posted April 30, 2006 What was wrong with Roy-Drury-Grier. In Buffalo, everyone said what a good job they did against Forsberg and company. Nothing was wrong with Grier. Let's not forget that at home the away team has to put it's line on the ice first. So in Philly, Grier couldn't play much vs Forsberg, and so couldn't shut him down like he does in Buffalo.
LabattBlue Posted April 30, 2006 Report Posted April 30, 2006 Vanek seems to have woken up of late. I wouldn't not sit him right now... I'd have Vanek on the first PP unit all the time. The guy is willing to stand in front of the net and truly has a knack for deflecting pucks. GO SABRES!!
