Night Train Posted February 19, 2023 Report Posted February 19, 2023 Just watched college hockey. Ohio ST. upset #4 Michigan 4-2 outside at Cleveland stadium. Portillo in goal. Big as Lurch and moves just as fast. He can walk. Levi is tons better. Quote

NAF Posted February 19, 2023 Report Posted February 19, 2023 In an ideal world Savoie goes to play in Europe next season. AHL caliber level of competition, plus the pro atmosphere. Never ends up happening in this scenario though unfortunately. I'd bet Savoie will be on the Sabres next year. Quote

Hank Posted February 19, 2023 Report Posted February 19, 2023 Hadi Kalakeche was on the Locked on Sabres podcast today talking prospects. Of our three centers he thinks Östlund will be the best player and Savoie has the greatest chance to be a bust. He also says he'd trade Savoie for Chychurun. Quote

Apparently he works for Dobber Prospects and was a writer on a fan blog before that. He can have an opinion, of course, but I wouldn’t say it’s particularly noteworthy. Quote
Hank Posted February 19, 2023 Report Posted February 19, 2023 He also can see Bedard scoring 40-50 goals next year. I don't know who the guy is, and I disagree with almost all his opinions, but he's on a Sabres podcast talking sabres prospects. I thought others might be interested. 1 Quote
