Hmmm, why would Kane give a hometown discount to a team that wasn't his hometown team.

When viewed from north of here, Buffalo apparently looks like a suburb of Toronto.

Never did forgive us for burning down their city 210 years ago.

They burned ours down in retaliation & it was, yeah, whatever.  We're all good.  150 years from now we'll have real football not some 12 man 3 down abomination.

Be careful with the NFL hubris my friend.  TP is 71 and KP just had what seems like a serious health scare -- and Toronto will still be an economic powerhouse in 150 years.

Nothing lasts forever.

Our government and media is hellbent on driving the country into full on Socialism. They've also been driving industries into the ground through various means (regulation, taxation, etc).

The way things are going, Toronto/Canada is just as likely to be a Venezuela as it is an economic powerhouse.

Close to 50% of people in the United States are likely to think the same thing of the USA.

They’re stupid, too.

1/2 of the people are dumber than the average person.

Especially when they use Venezuela as an example of the evils of socialism. It’s beyond stupid.

That is his upbringing as a Sabres fan talking, 100%.  Not even other TOR rivals, like MTL or OTT fans, would lay that on Leafs radio.

Turns out it was a parody.

Thank god it won’t be the Sabres. Unless he views the Sabres as “pointing in the right direction”.

Maybe not this year but he can complement our middle six for few years and help us get a cup.
