According to head coach Lindy Ruff, Teppo Nunnimmen left the Sabres/Flyers game Wednesday night with an irregular heart beat. Numminen was diagnosed with a dilated aorta in 2004. He is scheduled to practice Friday before making a decision on his playing status.
