I Can’t understand the PP setup.  You are down 3, Power play has been disjointed at best

And then you keep you best offensive player on the bench for 1 min and 40 seconds of it 

put your best on at once.   This trying to spread the scoring continually leads to no scoring

Laval has team speed, while Bville and Utica relied on playing a heavy game.

Can’t say much to the shot quality as I am not watching, but the shots have been even through two, laval with a .962 and Rochester with a .846 save percentage. That’ll do a lot.

They looked like crud in Games 1 & 4 last round, but were the better team the other 3.  Hopefully UPL can play tomorrow.

Idk, Laval was throwing all the heavy hits in the first 2 periods, I was shocked there was almost none in the other direction. 

They didn't play with speed, the PP was stagnant with almost no movement. 

As soon as Krebs got stopped on that wraparound the game changed.

They should have come out of the first up 3-0, they gave laval life and in the 2nd they came out and took over. 

 

Dell was also not good. But the team D is to blame for some of that.

And Peterka had a very nice shift at both ends of the ice just before Laval went on the PP.  Nearly gave up a goal at the beginning of it because the D-man panicked and turned it over, but JJ was solid at both ends.

Game 4 last round, the Amerks played one of the worst games I’ve ever seen in person, but they still managed to win that series. 

So, who knows. Hopefully this stinker motivates them.

PS - to the robe thing, that's why Gretzky started tucking his sweater into his pants.  😉

Since he was always way smaller than the rest of his team, his sweater was always a dress on him growing up & he'd catch his stick into it when stickandling, so he tucked it in to keep from having that issue.
