I'm still bitter about all things Lucic 😜

That's fair. Can't argue that one.

Bergeron showed why he's one of the best leaders in the league and the ultimate warrior. Guy is leaking from the side of his eye and he's by the bench trying to stay on the ice for the final 25 seconds of the period rather than heading to the dressing room. Ref had to make him go. That's grit.

I know lots of you guys hate the Bruins, but that was a great true playoff hockey game. I think Carolina will still win the series but Bruins not going away easily.

I didn't catch the whole game, but Boston had 2 extended 5-3 PPs, I don't ever remember so many penalties called in the playoffs.

Rod ***** the bed, challenging the tying goal even though it was reviewed, and clearly legit.

On the subsequent PK, Bergeron gets highsticked.

Canes were in complete control, until Rod lost his senses.

Damn I don’t care how much illogical bitterness some Sabres fans have for ROR, that dude would be amazing on the Sabres now.

You can thank Jack for that.

Totally lopsided. Carolina 5 PPs for 6:36, Boston 10 PP for 12:10 including 2 lengthy 5 on 3's.

That's two horrible penalties called on Tampa that were not tripping calls.

Paul gets slashed into boards and Lafs player falls over him.

Hedman does the same thing that Rielly does on the other end.  That is a no call.

Don't the Loafs know that in order to blow a 3-1 series lead, they have to actually get that 3-1 series lead?  How in the world are the Loafs expected to blow a 3-1 series lead when they're this bad in game 4?

This playoff series will be COMPLETELY out of character for them.  😉

What actually constitutes a slash nowadays? I see guys get chopped like they're a tree in front of the net with no call. But all these little tiny baby whacks are getting called left and right. These guys call penalties just for the hell of it.

They've claimed they're trying to cut down on the hacks across guys arms/wrists.  Which seems to be what they're doing.  Which is consistent w/ letting them continue to try to amputate a leg w/ their twigs.

Paul Bissonnette must be wrecking ***** in the studio right now watching Toronto getting embarrassed early.

He can go straight to hell.   ***** the station for adding a no talent ***** like him to their broadcast team.   It’s not funny, it’s not a schtick, it’s pathetic.  Bissionette makes Kevin Bieksa look like Kelly Hrudey.

Why?

He never played for the Leaves.

Because he’s from Welland Ontario… And a lifelong Leafs fan. That’s why.

How do all these teams find 3rd and 4th string goalies that are way better than anything Buffalo has had in years? It's amazing how inept the Sabres have been at finding a capable tender for so long. So many of these teams just seem to keep pooping out goalies like a playdough factory.

So much of it is not just the goalies.  When a team plays consistently good, structured team defense it can make the goalies look really good.

Leafs spanked by Lightning.

Nylander is the guy I dislike the most on the Leafs. He plays soft, stays on the perimeter and wants to make the pretty dangles without messing up his hair. He is not built for the playoffs. He is, however, 6’0 202 lbs.

This clip from last night shows how he treats the corners like a cobra.
