Nice win vs a really high quality team.

I know the team has a ways to go before they are really good, but there is a definite different feel for the way they finish out games.  There seems to be genuine belief that they will win, and there is always a team swarm every time there is a little pushing scrum.  It’s honestly a joy to watch a team coming together.

And they didn’t face the backup goalie.

The only thing better then that win tonight is watching the Leafs blow a 5-1 lead in Florida.

This team keeps putting bricks in the wall. Still sloppy in their zone at times which is leading to goals. Got to clean that up.

Love that Mitts line scored, Tage’s Scored and Cozens scored. Spread the scoring throughout the lineup.

In the radio postgame show it was noted that in the past 17 games the Sabres' record is 10-4-3. That impressive record was mostly against top tier teams. The Sabres scored 4 goals, and it was done by 4 different players.

Don't have ESPN+, so been watching the Panthers/Leafs game.  Toronto on fire in the early 2nd and bounced BOB out, Knight in relief.  Panthers showing why they are the class of the east in their comeback.  Samson with a 3 point night so far.

Update - now tied at 6 as the Leafs scored a PP goal (Hagg penalty).  Great game!
