I'm not just focusing on Vegas but considering how good our cap situation is compared to a number of teams there could be some good opportunities to get a player or two in a deal because we have the space to parlay in a deal. How about maneuvering to get a goalie by taking on a contract and throwing in a pick?

That's the hope.  Throw in a middling level prospect too if necessary.

Probably an unpopular opinion but I think Jack will be much much better next year, with an off-season to train

That being said , it’s no skin off my elbow if he struggles

Did I say this out loud last night?

I thought the same, he looks weak like he needs a healthy offseason to train.

He'll be much stronger in battles next season imo

1 point is the magic number for Dallas right? Vegas is only still in it if Dallas loses and Vegas wins?

Expand

Yep.  As long as Dallas doesn't lose in regulation, Vegas is out.  Vegas needs all 4 remaining points available to them & help.

And Vegas is in the shootout again.

Stone is so not himself.  That SO attempt was sad.

Thompson again showing he is NOT Lehner.  Only given up 2 in 14 shooters last night & tonight.

Eichel looked almost as bad as Stone.

And off to "extra innings" again.

Vegas shooters on a 0-17 streak.

Johnson scores & Vegas dead.
