SDS
Senator Chuck Schumer in Buffalo today, mentioning that money from the latest federal spending bill will be used to directly connect KeyBank Center with the DL&W Terminal via some sort of tunnel. With the Seneca One project completed, the proposed DL&W Terminal and the north aud block proposal (see link) you can start to see that once barren area repopulated with social and business activity included to the mix. Momentum added to previous momentum. That's a good sign. https://www.wkbw.com/news/wny-development/proposal-for-redeveloping-the-north-aud-block

Stoner
So if they're connecting the arena to a tunnel that means a tunnel to a tunnel. Who creates a network of tunnels like that? You know who does that.
