Sabel79 Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 You know, I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt all season… but I’m coming to the conclusion that the Sabres are not very good. Quote
DarthEbriate Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 Montreal is playing like a team that's been embarrassed all season and is out to fix it. The Sabres have been embarrassed for 7 years... and tonight as well. 2 Quote

Doohicksie Posted February 24, 2022 Author Report Posted February 24, 2022 Someone reported at the start of the period that the Canadiens broadcast said joker was not on the bench. The Sabres broadcast team finally caught wind of that 2/3 of the way through the period. 1 1 Quote
Nitro60 Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 I am done. They can not pass, skate or stay on their feet. Too many times they are running into each other. I have seen better hockey played at the high school level. Fundamentals are missing with these men. Most errors are mental. Get on it coach! 2 1 Quote

Gatorman0519 Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 Is this team ever going to be good again? No signs yet at all. 1 Quote

French Collection Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 Skinner draws another penalty, one of his best traits. 2 1 Quote
DarthEbriate Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 Is that the first time a Sabre went to the net all game? And it happened to be a poor decision as a 1 on 4. Quote
Doohicksie Posted February 24, 2022 Author Report Posted February 24, 2022 Skinner is the only dangerous forward tonight. Tuch is a non-factor. 1 Quote

HumanSlinky39 Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 Half of these guys look like baby giraffes on skates. A week or two ago, I was seeing progress. Now, 100% regression. So frustrating. 2 Quote

As someone else may have stated earlier....is this team improving (or not). Is Granato and team succeeding and developing our young core or are they stagnant and struggling. I think by now we are expecting the young guys to have learned "enough" by now to be more competitive. At best, the results are mixed. 3 Quote

Norcal Posted February 24, 2022 Report Posted February 24, 2022 ***** squad out there tonight. Not sure what happened since Colorado but they don't look very like one unit out there. Nobody knows what the other is going to do. Passes into areas where the defender can just pick em off and go on the attack. Not good. Quote
