If you valued Miller at a 2nd and the market says he’s worth a 5th, your evaluations suck. The logic has merit with players like Eichel. Miller is a 3rd tier expiring contract.

What if the offer is a conditional 7th?

I could care less if the Sabres make a deal today. 6th and 7th round picks aren’t Making or breaking us. Keeping these guys allows Rochester to be stronger when people get healthy.

Miller for a 4th is fine. Miller for a 7th is not.

Totally agree, Miller has to be dealt imo He offers nothing to this group going forward. Hinistroza sure, Anderson I get it but Miller and Eakin?

Braun went for a 3rd.  Miller's value has to be around that except Braun cap hit was only 1.8.

No one wants Eakin.

Adams may want to sit tight if teams are lowballing him because the locker room might lose a bit of chemistry if they are traded for far less than what how the players value them.

Not if there is only one offer.  That doesn't set the market.

before some of you lose your minds, Adams also has the summer to makes trades and retain salary. Missing out on a 7th round pick for Eakin really doesn't matter much.

Keeping Colin Miller is not going to help Mule or Fitz or Power or Johnson. On the contrary.

It could help Rochester.  I don't know how that figures into things.
