Don't play it.  Apparently there's a #'s based equivalent called Nerdle.  Not planning on playing that either, but if you like Wordle you'll likely like the other one as well.

I'm playing it and my kids and I are trying to out do each other.  They told me there is also one called Lewdle.

I'm in the control group for no reason other than it has to be making money somewhere, so likely selling your info. 🙂

It wasn't making money.  Now the creator has sold it to NYT for low seven figures, so NYT will redeploy it in a way that may (like the crossword) or may not (like the mobile version of spelling bee) make money.

I play 3 minute games all the time. Addicted? Maybe

I have the lichess app on my phone and often play a 2+1 bullet game while waiting for something or even while watching a hockey game that gets boring. I get your addiction totally.

There's all sorts of wacky Wordle spin-offs, this one is appropriate for this forum. Gordle, where you have to guess NHLers last names (anyone whose ever played). Personally I found it impossilbe to come up with players with 5 letter names and only played once.

Were the answers Hasek, Drury, or Sauve?  (If not, got nothing. 😉 )
