Don't know much about him, but maybe worth a look if no other NHL team has any rights to him? Slovakia team coach Craig Ramsey could tell us everything we need to know. He had a good showing for starting out as their third string guy. Quote

Expand Slovakia has only competed in the Olympics since '94. The Canadians, Americans, Russians, Swedes, Czechs, & even the Finns have had deeper talent pools available to them every time except this one. The Finns had fun. Well, most of them. Apparently 1 cross country skier suffered a rather unusual injury waiting in the cold & wind for his event to start. But, overall, the Finns did well. Quote
