If he was an emergency recall, which I'm pretty sure he was, he will have to be sent down since the team will be healthy.

The other option is waiving someone.

Per CapFriendly, the only two emergency loan status players are Dell and UPL. Krebs could stay up.

However, I'm all for Krebs going down to Rochester with Malone out until March. Thompson is coming back. And although Jankowski isn't going to score, he's also not being caved in 5-on-5. Let Krebs reunite with JJP and Quinn and go work on the all phases of the game in big minutes.
