I have filled in the you are US Nationals. The link says *sept7*, but that is not the date. The site is up to date as of February 28, 2022 and I don't think anything has changed since then. Starting February 28: proof of a professionally administered or observed negative antigen test taken outside of Canada no more than 1 day before your scheduled flight or entry to Canada by land or water" 1 Quote
