Subban keeps us in again. Take away the power plays and we are winning. I think this team is starting to grasp Granatos philosophy. With some decent goaltending we can make progress and win games with a lower skilled roster.

Yes, so let’s not criticize the physical play - which tonight is leading to some tough penalties.  If you do not push back on Pittsburgh they will beat you with ease.

Third period legs could be the deciding factor. Sabres will have to dig deep to tie this up. It will be hard. 
 

Whatever they do, they need to answer all Pittsburgh’s shenanigans.  I say this because this is about more than tonight’s game.  Pittsburgh is a team we have to pass in the standings. They need to know we are rising.
