Cage Posted November 29, 2021 Report Posted November 29, 2021 We're all excited about how the prospects are coming along, but this has to be a first for this level of success. We have five players who not only lead their teams, but are top 10 players in their respective leagues: AHL -- Jack Quinn, #1 goals / #1 points -- JJ Peterka, #2 assists / #7 points NCAA -- Devon Levi, #1 save % / #3 GAA -- Owen Power #1 assists / #3 points OHL -- Josh Bloom, #5 goals Pretty amazing.... 1 2 Quote
Pimlach Posted November 29, 2021 Report Posted November 29, 2021 Great news. There are other good prospect too - Krebs, Portillo, Samuelsson, Johnson, Rosen. 1 Quote
Hawerchuk Posted November 29, 2021 Report Posted November 29, 2021 He's kinda a long(er) shot to make it, but I really think Linus Weissbach is gonna turn heads. He's sneaky fast with a good shot and just the type of guy who can fill out your third line. 2 Quote

He doesn't have all the offensive tools some of those other guys have but he seems like a very smart situational player. 1 Quote
klos1963 Posted November 30, 2021 Report Posted November 30, 2021 There are plenty of roster spots available when these players are ready. Not going to be too many difficult personnel decisions. Quote

He’ll need to show an immense amount of talent to ever make it. He looks like a child playing with grown men. Quote
Doohicksie Posted November 30, 2021 Report Posted November 30, 2021 Maybe he can wear elevator skates..... He reminds me a little of Kris Draper from the 90s Red Wings, but even Draper is two inches taller than Weissbach. Oh well. 1 Quote

Good news. But it's dangerous for kids to play in the first team without defense from ***** like Marshand and others. Quote

I just wonder if any team has ever had this many prospects that are at the very top of their respective leagues?? Quote
