I really do not like Mathews. There's no logical reason why I have this animosity towards him. Everything I've read about him concerning his personal life he seems like a really decent guy off the ice. But still.....

I would really like it if he got smacked into the boards heavily a few times and comes out of the game a -6. Oh, and  given a really good face wash. I hate his smirk.

Stuart Skinner and Joseph Woll back-to-back.

I can’t recall ever playing two goalies I’ve never heard of back-to-back.

The string of goalies we’ve faced this season is a story unto itself.

No one believes in them except them. Hopefully teams are forced to smarten up

I say we close the border to anyone from The Great Satan.  Not just now becasue of COVID, but forever and always.

MUST WIN!!

GO SABRES!!

While not in the same hatred league as the dastardly due, I really do not like anything about The Great Satan.

Title should be Toronto vs Buffalo,  the visiting team comes first.

For those in attendance or watching this game it may seem more like a home game for Toronto than for Buffalo. That's disappointing.

No.

Didn't you hear some dude from NS and his buds have closed the border.

This would make my job a helluva lot easier.

What's the thoughts on Dell from his time with Rochester?  I know he was playing better than UPL but how did he look?  He seems like the weak link for tonight so hopefully he has a great game.

I'm hoping the team can keep things going tonight in a back to back.  We have been good at home this season though.

Bryson and Cozens both played well with family at the game.  Hopefully they are staying for tonight's game too.

Sabres 5, Leafs 3

Place is gonna be mostly Leafs fans isn't it?

It will be interesting to see the Arena full (or close to it) if that is true.

When was the last time we had a full arena for a game....1.5 years ago? almost 2 years ago?

Does Cozens go head to head with Auston Matthews?

According to Leafs fans Matthews is the world’s greatest.

I hope Bryson messes up Nylander’s hair

Let’s go Buffalo, we want two in a row, humiliate Toronto!

Look man we all hate the leafs, and wish broken limbs upon their players and what not, but you gotta cool it with the bolded - going a little too far.

Or many of the Sabres fans who have been attending may have sold their tickets and it will be a half full arena of Leafs fans.
