Lets remember that the Sabres are playing tonight.

It may be a very important game, but then again maybe not any more important than any other game this season.  We should discuss that ... 😉

It also seems that John has finally been shot out of the Sabres cannon and into the small oasis in the desert of Nevada.

Just another day in Sabreland

MUST WIN!!

GO SABRES!!

First game of the Krebs/Tuch era!

Usually one waits for at least 1 of them to actually be in the lineup before declaring that.  😉

(Maybe there's enough time for Krebs to get cross continent & through customs, so maybe the era does start tonight.  But expecting Saturday is the actual start date.)

Nope, it's all upward from here! Let the era begin!

(I thought about calling it the Non-Eichlel/Unjacked/etc. Era, but I don't come here to be negative; no time for that)

Heading to Costa Rica today, should land in time to maybe stream the game local time. Hoping the boys win one to end the road trip at. 500. That would be a fair record.

This is shaping up to be a great thread.

No, it's not. So far, it's crud scraped off the bottom of a mortician's shoe. I have faith that better posts are to come.

Let's go, Buffalo!

Salvage the western road trip - with a @deluca67 .500 record.

Meshed Wicker!

Ironically, keeping the road trip record allows them to stay on a playoff NHL 0.600 pace.  (Though likely not for much longer. 😞 )

Losing tonight in regulation, while maintaining the overall DeLuca 0.500 drops them off an NHL 0.600 pace.

I'm interested in tonight's game.  Trade is completed and no new guys are immediately on the roster.  The current team now knows what the future will be like in a few months when Tuch starts playing.  Krebs in Rochester.  All the drama is over and nothing is left except for the players needing to play well enough for a playoff chance.  A solid win splits the road trip and would help them keep a focus.

I'm so glad the Eichel stuff is over with and a win would put an exclamation point on the day!

One Buffalo!
