Not a great period. The AHL Sharks have more energy. Sabres sloppy.

I thought my enthusiasm for their heart and hustle would get me through for a while longer, but watching this lack of skill night after night is starting to wear on me a bit. It’s just so hard to watch them sometimes.

Not a terrible 1st but the lack of Olofsson is very noticeable. 

Dahlin has zero ability presently to prop up a defensive blackhole in Butcher. 

The 6on5 goal by Skinner was nice

Merkley got very lucky on his goal, but yet another 1st career goal was scored on us.

Anyone else having issues watching the game?  I have Hulu and can go to the game about four different ways therein.  However, as soon as I click it to start, it boots me out to the Roku home page.  Even tried the ol' system reboot trick.  No joy.

I imagine if Rob Ray were doing the key points to the game against us he'd say "pressure their defense and they'll turn the puck over". And he'd be right. From what I've seen we've looked skittish.

But Hagg pulling a Dahlin impression prior to the Skinner goal was nice.

It’s going to be a long time until we see the likes of a skilled elite player like Eichel again.
