No, that isn't it.  There were about 8 posts in that thread that simply disappeared.

We're those moves not actually made by the Sabres?

Sabres website doesn't have either listed as being sent down.

That means the thread & posts from it no longer exist.  If the posts got moved, you should get directed to them when clicking on a notification about them.
