While Buffalo gets first dibs on him, I believe if they wanted to send him to Rochester he’d have to go through waivers.

Correct

We could pick up Borgen if waived but can’t send him to Rochester for the very same reason

I’m actually sadistically hoping that it sounds like this all year. It’ll add an interesting element to the games.
