Again?!?!?
I thought he passed years ago! (?)

No, he went to jail many years ago & then got released very early because of his imminent demise.  The docs were close with that prediction.  Not.

Oh the perks of being rich.

People lost whole livelihoods because of his actions and the actions of his partners and family members. That cost should never be ignored or forgotten. May those who loved him find peace and those who paid his debts do the same.

May you RIP, John.

Hopefully, you get better advice in the afterlife than your kids gave you in this one.

I reckon I don’t recall the story. I viewed them all as crooks and swindlers.

Can't believe I quoted *that guy* ... hey, oh @PASabreFan ...

Although I will say it's more likely I am quoting *this guy* ...

Was always taught if you have nothing good to say, then say nothing at all.  I don’t always follow this rule, but in this case…

🤐

What's worse than breaking that rule is doing it and pretending no one saw it. Thumbs up!

Of course the point of the Joel song wasn't that those who physically die young, are necessarily good, but that some young people give up on life or don't experience life. Paging Virginia...

I've lost a couple of family members way too young

I may outlive my grandfather. He was 53 when he died in 1982. I'm 51 now.

On the upside, Marv Levy is still kicking around at 96. WWII vet to boot.

His legacy will be remembered as criminal. That is lasting punishment.

I apologize in advance if some of you think this is inappropriate, but @Weave's comment brought this to mind:

I did not know that, not surprisingly.
