Laaksonen needs to get stronger on his passes/wraps around the boards in his own zone.

J-JP and Quinn are going to be dynamite this year if Appert keeps them on a line together.

No one looked great, no line was dominant. Lots of first period first scrimmage jitters. Everyone should settle down.

You're saying Eakin's shot is in midseason form? 🍺    (But I don't think he'll make the big squad. Other players can win faceoffs and kill penalties.)

Not sure if anyone looked “good” but Dahlin and Mitts look skilled.

Tage did Tage things, one several players who flashed good and not-so-good elements.

Thought Hagg showed some potential as a 3rd pair match for Miller, but Butcher looked shakey.

Overall decent effort but not a lot of cohesion.

Given that half the lineup won’t be in the NHL, it’s expected.

This level of talent is easily negated by the aggressive defense. There isn't anyone who slows the game down and backs the defenders off, that's for sure.

Whenever RJ get's excited/starts raising his voice about a play, he always stops whatever tangent/conversation is happening and describes EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING, IMMEDIATELY.

 

Whenever Dunleavy sees something exciting, he just STARTS SHOUTING, CONTINUING WHATEVER RANDOM TANGENT IS ON HIS MIND, SO WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HE'S EXCITED ABOUT/WHAT JUST HAPPENED.

 

Some are just not cut out for this job.
