PromoTheRobot Posted August 11, 2021 Report Posted August 11, 2021 I guess being part of the last ten years of Sabres futility doesn't hurt your chances at future employment. 2 1 Quote

pi2000 Posted August 11, 2021 Report Posted August 11, 2021 Bylsma lead a post tank team led by Chad Johnson, Josh Gorges, Cody Franson and rookie Jack Eichel to 81 points, the most points by a Sabres team in the last 10 years. But yeah, let's throw him under the bus because whatever. 4 1 Quote

ROR, Kane, good Okposo, Reinhart, Gionta, Ristolainen, Bogosian. Quote

It could also be argued that season was the last time we had a viable center spine where each player was a) an NHL-caliber center at the time, and b) playing in the right place for their development. 1-ROR, 2-Eichel, 3-Larsson, 4-Legwand. XHCDDB also put an end to the charade of Girgs at center over Angry Larry -- who would turn into a capable 4C the next few seasons when his wrist wasn't mangled. Quote

I could see the Sabres finishing ahead too, I think the Kraken will be much closer to the standard expansion team than the Knights. Gord Miller on TSN Overdrive yesterday said he didn't think the Sabres would get to 50 points, and that their target was firmly set on Wright He said he "felt utterly sick" for the people of Buffalo lol Quote

Good 13th F to have as, on most rosters, he can slot anywhere in the bottom 6 to fill in, & on this roster he can slot in anywhere in the bottom 9 if necessary. 2 Quote
