This makes more sense now. They learned their lesson last year when they literally had to sign guys off the street, so they load up on experience and character to fill their depth.

Its sad/funny because he probably has a better chance of being the starter in the NHL then he does in the AHL (Assuming UPL is the AHL starter this year)

Maybe UPL will come up from Rochester after 30 games?   Maybe Anderson will teach and mentor?  Maybe Aaron Dell is like a pre-Sabres Carter Hutton?

Another goalie who in the past 3 seasons has a GAA above 3.  At this rate we are going to miss Carter Hutton

He can buy every drink and appetizer, as he'll be making 16% of the team's salary.

I expect him or tokarski in the minors. His numbers last year were pretty terrible, this is probably his last shot for nhl playing time.

I’ve had bosses who made way more than me complaining about how they hated their job and the company. Free dinners didn’t evaporate what I had to hear.
