Also, I'm happy for Linus. Why any upcoming UFA would sign his is mind boggling. This is another mark against Adams for not flipping him at the deadline. How many assets have we lost for nothing in the past few years? McCabe, Ullmark, Bogo, anyone else?

The plan is to wait til players are desperate, then wait a little bit longer, then sign whomever wants to play under a one year contract to try and put up stats to get a deal next year.
