Levi just beat Harvard 2-1. I believe he's 8-3-0 now. This might singlehandedly make the Reinhart trade good.

Really improving his draft stock.

He speaks well and understands the game. His interview is not full of cliches and jock talk.
He looks comfortable in front of the camera as well.
Beating #6 Harvard will make the beer taste better, I guess the drinking age laws can be worked around.

As long as they aren’t waiting on him specifically to arrive and intend on using placeholders until then, we should be alright. If they *don’t* count on Levi/Portillo, I feel much better about their chances of coming up big for us a little down the line. Levi particularly, obviously

Bill Zito says it was Luongo that identified Levi and pushed Florida to draft him. Sounds like they would have drafted him earlier but Luongo said hold off we can grab him later.

Luongo may have had some intel on him, being from the Montreal area.

His draft stock?

Just referencing the continued hand wringing over him being a 7th round pick

Now that you’ve explained the context, i think it’s actually kind of clever and funny. If Levi keeps it up, he will become a first round pick before we know it. Perhaps even first overall.

There is an interview out there with Alex Killoran where he says he used to practice with Levi when he was 15-16 and that he couldn’t score on him.

Recently I read an article where Nick Lidstrom compared Dahlin to Brian Leetch.

1/2 ain’t too bad, hopefully?

Cozens congratulates him at the end there, nice.

So that guy thinks he'll be a pro goaltender, I agree.

He's only gotten better since then also.

Pretty good analysis after only one exhibition game. I hope he keeps developing and improving.

I know goalies take time but Spencer Knight has already made the jump, Levi should turn pro after this season. If he continues at this pace I can’t see what another NCAA season will do for him.
