LGR4GM Posted July 23, 2021 Author Report Posted July 23, 2021 They already have 23 million in cap space so idk how this matters in an Eichel deal. I still firmly believe the Rangers are not in on Eichel. 1 Quote

darksabre Posted July 23, 2021 Report Posted July 23, 2021 They can take Eichel but they have to take Skinner too 1 Quote
Thorner Posted July 23, 2021 Report Posted July 23, 2021 Is this trade not so bad that there just *has* to be another deal for them coming? 1 Quote

I don't understand how trading an RFA right now helps them with something later (such as Eichel) considering they already have more than enough space with no one massive player to sign. Quote

It's possible that he doesn't fit as the type of player Drury wants. He's an RFA so he moved him for the best deal he could get. Quote
