Interesting career.  Hobey Baker winner for Min Duluth.  Cup winner w the Canadians.  Traded to the Sabres after one game that season and then the Sabres traded him to NJ the following off-season.  A talented offensive D who had his best seasons for the NJD (hi of 66 points) and the NYI.

Leaves behind a wife and 4 kids.  Very sad.

He was featured between periods in a memorial by one of the announcers in last nights Tampa Isles game. The announcer barely made it through their memorial and was very emotional. Sounds as though he was a great person that happened to play hockey.

And 58 is way to young....
