The Amerks roster is definitely leaning towards the blank canvas at present, & most of the guys that started on the taxi squad will be NHLers this year.  But at least they won't be starting out with 5 of their best skaters & 1 goalie off limits to them.  That bumped almost everybody up 1 full line before a single injury happened on the big club.

Having a reasonable roster for Ra-cha-cha isn't too difficult.  Having a reasonable roster for the Sabres should they "reset" the direction, AGAIN, is a far more difficult task.  Even from whence both rosters will begin.

Looks like we’ve got 4 D, 2G and 8F under contract that could be in Rochester next year, although Borgen, Bryson and R2 may have fully graduated to Buffalo.

Borgen, Bryson, Samuelsson, Laaksonen, Lukkonnen, Tokarski, Biro, Quinn, Murray, Pekar, Oglevie, Rousek, Weissbach, Ruotsalainen

Fitzgerald and Dipietro (who doesn’t appear to have played hockey at all this year after signing as a college free agent) are listed as RFAs. I think Ryan Johnson is expected to go back to Minnesota for his junior year. Peterka is really the only other unsigned guy in the system I could see being added. Not sure of his contract situation over there.
