Good teams aren't hindered by the cap, they are helped by it. 

I should say - those teams help themselves. They simply benefit from managing the cap better relative to average

Yeah, I know he went to BU.  I actually didn’t know that Keith was from Massachusetts, so I’m sure they do still have family there.

Anyway, the Tkachuk boys grew up in St. Louis and their parents still live in St. Louis.  That was my point.

Has he been right on ANYTHING since Goodenow & his cronies were punted from union leadership?
