OT: Favorite Canadian Candy Bar; Favorite American Candy Bar?

Although I grew up in Buffalo, I spent most of my summers in Canada as a kid and gain a life long affinity for Canadian candy bars like Aero and Coffee Crisp. 

Obviously there are many cross-over brands like Snickers, Twix and Kit Kat's etc, but in the Canadian section, I tried to limit the choices to one found primarily in Canada.  

I places a poll for both countries and please choose your 3 favorites from each country.

To get things started - 

My Canadian Picks are Aero, Coffee Crisp and Smarties (so much better then M and M's). I'd haven't tried a Wunderbar or Cadbury Crunch, but they sound good.

My USA picks - 100 Grand, Skybar, and Twix.  Kat Kit a close 4th.  I also like Almond Snicker and Hershey Dark Specials.  If someone has never had a Skybar, I suggest finding one and trying it.

Both American and Canadian candy bars are just that, candy. Sugar crap.

Charleston Chew wasn't mentioned on either list and I refuse to degrade the greatest sugary concoction in world history to the "other" category so I abstain from voting and yield my time.

My “other” choice for Canadian is Bounty. Coconut surrounded by chocolate.

I love Coffee Crisp.  I still eat Snickers because they had a commercial with the Bills in the 1990's.

Here in Canada, I don't know anyone who considers Coffee Crisp their favourite. I've always wondered why people from the US like it so much.

One tidbit about Canadian chocolate is that its higher in cocoa and cocoa butter than US chocolate so most would say it tastes better. Head to head, I'd say most stuff in the US is better but chocolate is one thing Canadians can lay claim to. In Europe, the chocolate would be even higher quality than Canada.

I'll take a Peanut Butter O'Henry as my favourite with Skor not far behind.

We actually have all the bars listed above and from the sounds of the OP some of the Canadian selections are unavailable in the States. We also have a much wider array of potato chip selection

I have a friend who lives in Texas who used to live here as a kid, whenever he comes he absolutely loads up on snacks to take back haha

We also have way better Slurpees. Fun fact, Winnipeg is the Slurpee capital of the world

The only Canadian candy i had was coffee crisp, so i voted for it. However I dont think I would call it candy as much as a desert or snack

Another thing i just noticed... in Canada we always say chocolate bar, not candy bar.

Its pretty new in the USA, but I like the Kinder Bueno bars.

I love Coffee Crisp.  Some places around town have the Canadian candies behind the counter if you ask the vendor.  Apparently, you are not supposed to sell them in the US.

For the Canadians here... Where does Coffee Crisp rate in your families/circles in popularity? As i mentioned, i don't know anyone that eats it (though some people must since its been around for ever).

Reese's certainly is.  I agree on M and M's but it is sold the same way.  I also included Smarties and Maltesers in the Canadian section.  I was also sticking to mostly chocolate related products.

Only smarties I know, but in M&M form, not as candy bar.

Twix and Milk way for me , snickers aren't so bad either, don't know the others.

I feel like Payday doesn't get enough recognition.  Plenty of protein, and the salt/caramel thing is awesome.

I find it to be quite popular but it's not really my jam
