To many variables on each teams draft board and each service's list. The math says the guys drafted after about 75-80 to the end of the draft have about the same chance of being an NHLer and the that % isn't very good. Yea basically once you get into the 3rd round it starts to level out and 4th round and on is about all the same. Each draft has about 50-60 NHL players in it. Quote
Crusader1969 Posted March 18, 2022 Report Posted March 18, 2022 Not sure if this mean that Jiricek’s season is over but his team in the Czech Elite league was knocked out of the playoffs today Quote

LGR4GM Posted March 18, 2022 Report Posted March 18, 2022 I still love Jiricek. Hope he's a combine invite Quote

Crusader1969 Posted March 22, 2022 Report Posted March 22, 2022 Think we are going to have to take closer looks at guys like Lambert, Nazar, Lekkerimaki In the 8 to 10 range for the Sabres pick and 14-16 for the Knights Quote

Hopefully the wheels fall right off of Vegas I love Lambert's skill, when you watch him play it is really fun but it never translates and I think it is because he isn't smart enough to make it work. I don't trust the attitude with Lambert either. I am not convinced on Lekkerimaki but at 14, I probably am willing to take him. Quote
French Collection Posted March 22, 2022 Report Posted March 22, 2022 Not saying this is Lambert’s parallel but Yakupov had great skills that didn’t translate to the NHL. His issue was with hockey sense. Quote
Flashsabre Posted March 22, 2022 Report Posted March 22, 2022 I think Slafkovsky and Geekie go higher and the 2 Russians fall, especially Miroshnichenko with the health situation on top of the Russian situation. 1 Quote

I wish Lambert had a full world Juniors to play against his peers Of course him dropping could be really good for the Sabres I believe Lemkerimaki is thought, by many, to have the best shot in the draft, plus playing in SHL is a big positive Quote
Marvin Posted March 23, 2022 Report Posted March 23, 2022 I see that Jiricek and Nemec are both right shots. Hmm... Quote

We got a thread on it. I haven't gotten final rankings or draft guides yet so I can't answer your question exactly. Jiricek and Nemec are at the top of the class and will probably be top 10 picks. 1 Quote
