But is that a good thing?  Lack of experience is a concern for sure, but the young cadre seems quick and eager to learn.

Lots of teams have had success with a corps of talented youngsters emerging at the same time.

But I think the support around them matters and I'm not sure we have that.

He specifically mentioned Gallant and that they have to pay Krueger another 3.9 Million next year not to coach. 
On that note Botterill, Sexton and Greeley for another year as well. 
Friedman mentioned Krueger’s Money might prevent them for a big name hire.
