Didn't even touch him... and Fox was able to make an easy, uncontested pass, because he knew none of our forwards will finish a hard check. Fox should have been buried there. Just a height thing is all. UPL looks quick moving laterally. Quote
Crusader1969 Posted April 28, 2021 Report Posted April 28, 2021 Can we trade this guy already? Need more guys who play the “right” way!! 1 Quote
Curt Posted April 28, 2021 Report Posted April 28, 2021 Reinhart bounces one in off his stick, classic Reinhart, smh. 1 Quote

You have to be physical with great defensemen to slow them down a little. Teams do it all the time to Dahlin. The great ones roll off checks and keep making plays and that's fine but level the check! Agree.....at some point he returns to Rochester, but I would not be surprised if his games remains elevated in the AHL (vs. before his call-up). The Amerks are pretty rough right now, but maybe he can maintain an NHL form down there. Edited April 28, 2021 by Carmel Corn Quote

triumph_communes Posted April 28, 2021 Report Posted April 28, 2021 Wow Sam actually put in the extra effort on a play and was immediately rewarded. Quote

Zamboni Posted April 28, 2021 Report Posted April 28, 2021 (edited) Between falling down multiple times, and that pesky scoring thing ... I’m just growing tired of Reinhart. Oh and he never goes in the “dirty” areas 😂 Edited April 28, 2021 by Zamboni Quote
Stoner Posted April 28, 2021 Report Posted April 28, 2021 That's only the seventh time in franchise history that the Sabres have scored in the final 10 seconds of the second period on the road to tie the game at 1 on a power play. 1 Quote

But it's credited to Mittelstadt right now I don't see Dahlin getting an assist on the play. The puck was knocked off his stick by a Rangers player and then Reinhart got it to Mittelstadt who returned the puck to Samson for the goal. Quote
