That's ridiculous. My kid tries to inflict a head injury on another kid, he doesn't play for x games. Second offense, and so on. Third? He's done. I am the Department of Player Safety.

Sometimes adults are the reason they go head hunting.  I had a few problems with Dads that never played, could not skate, and thought that yelling instructions (hit!,shoot!, pass!) was helpful.
