Rousek and Weissbach w/ Amerks This Year?

Do their contracts start next season?  Seems have openings with all call-ups now.  Wouldn't Sabres want them to report to Rochester right away for some game??  They're cycling players in on PTOs

I imagine in a normal year, both would be here playing imminently/already.

Given COVID quarantine issues, it looks like neither will play this year, despite the abundance of room on the Amerks roster.
