I never saw it.  My feed jumped from just as he pushed the puck away from the Pens to after the breakaway.  I rewound the feed and missed it again.  My feed was acting weird dat way last night.

Okay, just watched it.  I have no problem with what he did.  How many times do you see a Sabre walk right in on a goalie, get in too tight, try to stickhandle and not ever get a shot off?  He took the shot.  Good for him.

What's the scoring percentage from shooting dat far out on a goalie playing the angle? 

I remember he wasn't much further in than the top of the circle (though in the center, between the two). Is dat what you're seeing?

Not sure his missed break away deserves it’s own thread.  But, his poor metrics, invisible man like contributions, overall suckatude and the fact he is signed through 2022 and should be a leading candidate for a June buyout, dat deserves its own thread.  #ihatecodyeakin.
