For a while now I've felt the Sabres are absolutely terrible about making timely shift changes in the 2nd period.  Philly's second goal took advantage of a defensive pair mis-match with Montour being out there too long.  Victor's last shift was way too long as well.  Need shorter shifts!!!

That's my only real critique of him. His call  is pretty good otherwise imo
