Stoner Posted February 26, 2021 Report Posted February 26, 2021 Good read. A little loose-goosey with the facts, but, hey, it's ArtVoice. https://artvoice.com/2021/02/25/buffalo-sabres-the-pegula-era-hits-ten-years-by-andrew-kulyk-and-peter-farrell/ 1 Quote
Scottysabres Posted February 26, 2021 Report Posted February 26, 2021 Re-hashes what we fans discuss daily. Passion, love of the game, frustration, disappointment, lack of progress, vanishing accountability and, in my humbled opinion, incompetent ownership/management decision making. I sum up these collectively in one term, "Organizational/Team Culture". It all starts from the top. Leaders lead, by example. I miss the days of Chris Drury, putting up a poster of Lord Stanley's Cup, giving purpose, giving the organization/team a goal, an achievement to obtain, then backing up that vision with his on ice play. Leaders lead, and that was leadership. 1 Quote

Sad thing is, they could do a top 20 list and still leave out material. 2 Quote
Stoner Posted February 26, 2021 Author Report Posted February 26, 2021 The buttoned-up, sphincter-squeezing corporate culture of these people. Killjoys. No... murderjoys. Quote
