In all honesty, what would his market value even be?  I'd go all in on another Turgeon for Lafontaine type of a deal if there was another Lafontaine out there but Eichel's value IMO has taken quite a hit.

I don’t think so.  Last season was his best ever even though it ended early.

Eichel is the kind of guy to blossom once traded and then haunt us for 10 years.

That's my biggest concern trading him.  Toughest part is going to be trying to find anyone that wants to play here.

In order to be haunted by a former player we'd have to actually be competitive, wouldn't we?

We won't be.

Who cares. Go ahead and haunt me. Can the nightmare be any worse than the last decade?

Good thing he won’t be knocking us out of any playoff series though. That would be unbearable.

Experiment?    They signed him to a long term deals for big money.   Big mistake.

I meant putting him back on the top line.

Skinner experiment over?

No rebounds to clean up.

Skinner isn't very good but it's funny that they can't maximize the one thing he does well.

They're ... well-coached and also executing the scheme...  you say?

Seems like you can say that about any team that plays against Buffalo, maybe add outstanding goaltending as well.
