He better be.

Interestingly, as bad as he & Hall have each looked this season, they both are scoring at a PPG pace.

If either (or better yet, both) start rolling, they could be in good shape.

That lazy icing in OT, though. That was,… a head scratcher.

Maybe he is ... or maybe ... he IS

This I honestly doubt but, I also wonder if he subconsciously (key word) thinks since Hall and Staal are on the team, he doesn’t have to go at 100% for every shift.

I think he’s dinged up a little.

He don't look right. Hope it's that and not that he don't GAF no more.

Not saying it’s impossible that Eichel doesn’t GAF anymore.  But we do seem to have better goaltending and the bottom six is better than it’s been in a while.  Seems there’s reason for him to be motivated.

There is no doubt that something is bothering him. He seems to have a lot of trouble accepting passes and stick handling. It does not seem to effect his shot.

Maybe that puck to the face wakes him up... old German cureall😂

That 2nd Rags game, when he was in tight on Georgiev but had Olofsson wide open on the other side of the crease he tucked a weak backhand attempt at 5 hole into his pads but would normally have had another assist w/ the difficult pass across to Victor.  That he didn't make the pass was another indication that shoulder is still bothering him.

How is it that Josh Allen feels like one of us, yet Eichel doesn’t seem to have that same connection with the community.  If the Sabres miss the playoffs again, and it is certainly trending that way, if Eichel doesn’t tap out, then maybe the Sabres need to be the ones to initiate the move.

Eichel's skating looks off.  I can't put my finger on it, but his balance when passing just looks different and appears to be affecting his accuracy.

Allen has said and done all the right things and backed it up with his play on the field. Buffalo, and it's fans in general have been desperate for some winning. Allen and the Bills have filled a huge hole with their play the last few seasons.

Would be very interested to know what the shoulder injury he sustained when training is.  He still seems to have the same power he used to, but his passing and shot accuracy are still off.  So, guessing it's his right shoulder that he messed up.  (Being a right handed shot, the left arm provides the power; the right the accuracy.)

What injury could he play through but still cause issues 4 weeks later?  Guessing it was a dislocation.  Any of our internet experts, or even better, our real experts have any thoughts on it?

Just wondering if Jack is playing injured?  He hasn’t been taking over games like he has in the past.

He got smacked in the mouth yesterday and was off for repairs for a while.

Give me a Tkachuk, the prior years first round pick, the same year’s first round pick, a top nine center, and a top four defenseman.
