To be accurate, the article does say tentatively agreed. There are still a lot of moving parts in play regarding return to play scenarios.

Jokiharju might be playing before TC...

This article seems to suggest there is a chance that Laine Barkov & Jokiharju could be loaned to Tappara. All three are apparently practicing with the team.

There hasn't been any official word but i think the target date now is Feb 1st.
