If you see this - then your browser is getting to the right place. I'll be pouring over optimization details and running tests for the next week or two at various times, but I think we are good for now.

I hope everyone had a peaceful morning. ✌️

New stats:

CentOS 6 -> CentOS 7
32 GB RAM -> 64 GB Ram
Intel 1270 v3 -> E-2236
SSD RAID 10 -> single NVMe with daily company backup services
Latest stable versions of php, mysql and Nginx

The difference here shouldn't be noticeable. It will help a lot on the Bills side though.

Not sure why, but now it's working on firefox.

Thanks @SDS!

DNS (name to internet address) caches for a certain amount of time, so you may have been trying to the old address on your computer, but your phone needed to get the address fresh and was OK. (that's a guess)

Ya, works for me on firefox on my laptop just not google chrome. safari on phone works fine too

What’s the issue with the Google Chrome?

If there are browser specific issues I can only imagine there is a local cache that is the issue.

To hard refresh on Google Chrome on Windows, there are two ways you can do it: Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

The server only sends out one set of files. If someone has the wrong one (there are like 50 file pieces) it’s not because of the server it is because of something old that’s coming from somewhere else.

Thanks! Ya i had tried clearing it all earlier to no avail, but it's working now so maybe it did work.

Able to log in and post on a laptop. But on my iPhone it still says "Sabrespace updating files"

I closed the tab. Rebooted the phone. No change.

Advice?

edit: nevermind ... perhaps I was just impatient… It looks like I can login and I’m posting this edit on the phone now. So hopefully all is well moving forward.

Did anyone tip the old server?  Like even 15%?  I know I didn't.

Not recommended, even 15% and it probably crosses center of gravity and:

I see that and I immediately back away and try to call someone who knows what all of that stuff is.  I think I recognize my first iPhone in there.

So, since the upgrade, I have needed to log back in on both phone and ipad every time I open SabreSpace, whereas previously I stayed logged in.

Is anyone else having this issue?  Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks.

The native iphone/ipad browser -- Safari, I guess?

Is Block All Cookies turned on? That’s the only thing I could see causing that to happen.
