I may have to switch it Schneider now. Get some new creepy going.

Love it. And even better when Milbury whines about it. He was crying that the Bolts second goal shouldn't have counted.

Milbury was also saying that Rask should win the Vezina, I would vote for Hellebuyck because the Jets would not be in the playoffs without him.
Halak had good numbers playing behind that Bruins team, Jets lost 4 of their 6 D from last year.

By the way did I mention I don’t agree with most of what Milbury says.

If Milbury had half of a brain, he wouldn’t agree with what he says.

Watching Oilers vs Blackhawks.

Kirby Dach is looking pretty solid. He was sheltered earlier this year but he is now on the #1 PP and #2 PK.

He was comparable to Cozens in their draft year, this bodes well for the Sabres to strike gold with the Yukon kid.

True. We could have had that goaltending instead of Hutton.

I think overall all that can be said for sure is that is an organization that has made smarter moves than this one. At one point maybe 2016 they ended the season only a few points above us. After that they seemed to do everything right both in drafting and marketing and we are what we are instead.

I was happy to see hockey the other night, but when I watched it, I wasn't all that excited, I can't put my finger on it, but it just didn't feel like playoff hockey to me.

That’s because it’s qualifying rounds. Not technically playoffs yet. ?

That, and also the piped in crowd noise, and no fans in the stands thing. Oh, and Having to listen to Milbury. But I’d rather just hear him, than listening and seeing his catchers mitt of a face in the Intermission breaks. That was insufferable.

Not sure why Milbury is considered an analyst.

The round robin isn't but other matchups are.

The Bolts have given us issues too. I can’t support you on this one.

He’s the Rodney Dangerfield of hockey. (Sorry, Rodney. I know that this probably insults you.)

I’ve found myself watching more than I thought.   Two outcomes I just can’t stand to watch in terms of finals matchups...having either St Louis or Toronto being part of them.

I think the NHL said even the qualifying games technically aren't considered playoffs

Edit - NM, according to what you can read on wiki the NHL officially said all qualifying round teams were considered playoff teams when they hammered out the new CBA.

And even round robin player points count for playoff scoring.

Every team has treated the Sabres like a toilet for the better part of a decade now.

The Bruins, Flyers and Leafs should be extra.  Dirty teams we play all the time.

You nailed it.  The 3 most hated teams for me, with Philly #1.

Did you really have to open up an old wound and pour salt on it?

Nah, seemed more of an observation of the NHL trying to keep the wound purposely in a tomb.

Bettman will never come out and directly say a mistake was made 20 years ago, but it seems like he consciously knows it was one.
