OT - I just fired someone with my fly down the whole time

@inkman  You might want to patent the phrase and where instead of adding "in bed" to the end of Chines Fortune cookie, you add.....'With your fly down'.    Some examples below:

• Don’t pursue happiness – create it.....with your fly down.

• Big journeys begin with a single step......with your fly down. 
• Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still.......with your fly down.

• The best way to get rid of an enemy is to make a friend.....with your fly down.

No, this was a professional office profession (not that I would have minded to work in a strip club in my 20's).  Several employees complained.  HR was, "Whatever you decide is fine with us."  Saying all this, my office of 12 was all female.  There may have been some shenanigans/jealousy/pettiness involved.  But I was 29.  I did the best I could.

Wow.  I've managed people for 30 years, and never had a situation like that.  Kudos to you, that had to be gut wrenching.
