this comes as no surprise... i've partied with him on chip, he really does enjoy the odd bar scrap... was always getting into it with bouncers.

As someone who had a scrap or two in my misspent youth, dude, you gotta grow out of that ***** at some point.

A grown ass man getting into fights can only be described one way.  *****.

Barnaby is one of the very few ex-NHL tough guys (if you can call him that; more of a rat type player) I can think of who appears to be a punk in regular life.

Most "fighters" are great guys away from the ice and a lot of them are far more intelligent than your average NHL hockey player.

Third offense after his DUI , and first girlfriend stuff.  This may get him deported since he only holds a green card and is not a US citizen IIRC.

Dude really needs to get off the sauce and get some help. Mug shots are never kind to anyone, but he looks way more messed up than just having a few too many pops. Those eyes are in another galaxy.

Early onset CTE perhaps?

He was always a bit of a loose cannon even in his younger days, but you gotta think whatever brain trauma he suffered as a player isn't helping things any.

I thought he had stopped drinking?

As in:

"Guys, I'm not going to drink anymore.

...

Mind you, I'm not going to drink any less."

For sure. Presumably, there was more than alcohol involved.

He lives in Ottawa now full time.  Has been in Evansville, IN the past few days visiting his son who is playing in the SPHL there.  I enjoy his show on SiriusXM.  Sorry to hear he can't grow up.

Thanks, thought he still lived in WNY.  Maybe got deported  (or voluntarily deported) after his last incident.  I wish him well but he seems like he needs professional help.

Serious question, I guess. Are mug shots one take, tough luck? At the DMV they'll take another one if you don't like the first. I don't see how that can be your mug shot.

Yeah, some alleged altercation with his wife/girlfriend.  He broke down his wife's door, used racial slurs, according to a criminal complaint.

Dude has had issues.... and has them still. In my book, and mine only ... He’s a loser. I know a couple true stories about his life after hockey. Not a great person.

True or not, we sure could use a guy like him on our current team. He was something else and apparently still is.

I knew that. I mis-read your post. I thought you were saying this was first

In today's NHL he'd be a liability.  Too many instigator penalties.
