He survives only because theres no time left before the deadline to dump him and get someone new in place. If anything, if TP is smart, they instruct him the only players he can move are UFAs for picks and he is dumped by the end of the season so someone new can come in and do what they want with whats left of the roster.

It never needed to be like this. This team, with basically zero scoring depth, was 8 points out of playoff spot coming into tonight. They could have been closer if Botterill was worth a damn.
